As a loving father to my two beautiful children, I always wanted nothing but the best for them. But little did I know that my love for them would lead me down a path of terror and horror.
It all started when I stumbled upon a strange device at a garage sale. The device was unlike anything I had ever seen before and the seller warned me about its mysterious powers. But being the curious person that I am, I bought it anyways.
As soon as I got home, I started tinkering with the device and before I knew it, I was transported to a parallel reality. In this reality, my children were still alive but they were different. They were cold, callous and didn’t show any affection towards me.
At first, I thought it was just a glitch in the device but as I explored this world further, I realized that everything was just plain wrong. The sky was always dark, the streets were empty and there were no signs of life anywhere.
I tried to find a way back to my own reality but the device was broken and I was stuck in this parallel universe. But the worst was yet to come.
One day, as I was wandering aimlessly through the deserted streets, I heard strange noises coming from an abandoned building. Being the protective father that I am, I decided to investigate.
What I found inside that building still haunts me to this day. My children were there, but they were not the same anymore. They had become monsters, with razor-sharp teeth and eyes that glowed in the dark.
At first, they didn’t recognize me but as soon as they did, they lunged at me with all their might. I fought back as hard as I could but in the end, they overpowered me.
As they dragged me away into the darkness, I couldn’t help but wonder what had gone so wrong in this parallel reality. Was it something I had done or was it just the way things were always meant to be?
I may never know the answer to that question but what I do know is that my love for my children has led me down a path of unspeakable horror. A path that I will never forget and one that will haunt me until the end of my days.
